There’s a new way to experience Maui’s homegrown and local craft scene with the launch of Maui Craft Tours. The brand new guided tour company, started by husband and wife team Carrie and David Adelmann along with Ryan Gross, offers a number of tour options to get a one of a kind look at Maui’s wineries, breweries, distilleries and local food purveyors.

The tours currently feature a number local artisanal companies including Maui Brewing Company, Maui Wine, Hawaii Sea Spirits (Ocean Vodka), Hali’imaile Distilling Company, Surfing Goat Dairy, Maui Pineapple Tours and Mill House. The Adelmann’s spent close to a year planning the company and used their extensive contacts with the local Maui community to make it happen. Carrie is the Tasting Room Manager at Maui Brewing Company while David is a Manager at Maui Stone Craft Beverages.

The tours provide both visitors and locals a more intimate and in depth look into the hand craft products that are being created right here in Hawaii. Brewery and winery tours are hugely popular in other parts of the country and now Maui has their very own. The Adelmann’s have also artfully selected quality farms and restaurants that support local production to provide a unique look into the Maui craft community.

Maui Craft Tours launched last night with a gathering at Maui Brewing Company and you can book tours now via their website.
