12th Ave. Grill American Craft Beer Week Dinner

12th Ave. Grill will be hosting an artisanal beer dinner on Tuesday, May 14, 2013 in celebration of American Craft Beer Week. They will be pairing locally sourced ingredients like Big Island wild boar and Molokai Venison with special beers from Maui Brewing Company and more. Dinner price is $115 and is all-inclusive (that includes dinner, beers, tax & tip).

There are only 50 seats available for this one of a kind dinner. Reservations can be made online or by calling the restaurant.

Course 1: Local Charcuterie Platter of Kampachi Pastrami, Maui Cattle Co. Bresaola, Rabbit Rillette, Maui Brewing Co. IPA Mustard + House Pickles
Beer Pairing: Maui Brewing Co. – Maka Koa Pale Ale & Ballast Point – Sculpin IPA

Course 2: Local Molokai Venison Terrine with Hawaii Red Veal Sweetbreads
Beer Pairing: Maui Brewing Co. – Westside ESB & Brewery Ommegang – Rare Vos Amber Ale

Course 3: Big Island Wild Boar Two Ways – Paillard of Loin + Slow Roasted Shoulder
Beer Pairing: Sierra Nevada – Ovila Abbey Quad with Plums & Deschutes Brewery/Rogue/North Coast Brewing Co. Collaboration – Class of ’88 Barley Wine Ale

Course 4: Kula Strawberry + Madre Chocolate Terrine with Manoa Honey Crumble
Beer Pairing: Maui Brewing Co. – Aloha B’ak’tun & Fifty Fifty Brewing Co. – 2012 Eclipse Imperial Stout aged in Old Fitzgerald Bourbon barrels
