We are welcoming a very special musical guest! He is Michael Tanebaum, renowned guitar instrumentalist. He plays Celtic guitar with some Hawaiian influences. Don’t miss it!!
Featured German Brews:
Aecht Schlenkerla Rauchbier MärzenAecht
Bamberg’s speciality, a dark, bottom fermented smokebeer, brewed with Original Schlenkerla Smokemalt from the Schlenkerla maltings and tapped according to old tradition directly from the gravity-fed oakwood cask in the historical brewery tavern.
Aecht Schlenkerla Rauchbier Weizen
Schlenkerla Smokebeer Wheat is an ale with light smoky aroma. As Bavarian wheat beers, it is being brewed with a mixture of both barley malt and wheat malt. The portion of barley malt is hereby a classic Schlenkerla smokemalt, while the wheat malt remains unsmoked. Served unfiltered with its natural haziness, Schlenkerla Wheat reaches its full aroma through bottle fermentation with fine top fermenting yeast.
A classic German pils made of bio country malz, nature hop and first-class brauwasser. Pale golden in color; light to medium in body; dry and well-balanced; clean hop and malt character.
Ayinger Altbairisch Dunkel
Dark chocolate in color, you can see a wonderful reflection if you hold it up to the light. It is round and soft with the warm, sweet aroma of freshly roasted malted barley. A satisfying, malty taste, with coffee-ish tones and a hint of plummy fruitiness in the finish. Complex and beautifully balanced.
Pinkus Hefe Weizen
Very light in body and color. Crisp, dry, spritzy, and refreshing unfiltered beer. Clean ale-yeast aroma and flavor, without the characteristic yeasty spiciness of a Bavarian wheat beer.
Weihenstephan Kristal Weissbier
The source of its pearling, effervescent taste is the secret fermentation process which we have developed especially for our crystal wheat beer. It quenches your thirst like no other beer. With its elegant appearance, it is the speciality of our brewery. Goes well with fish, seafood and light dishes.
