After many months of waiting, anticipating and getting thirsty, Honolulu Beerworks is opening it’s doors this Friday, April 11th! I’ve been following the progress of owner and brewer Geoff Seideman for Honolulu Magazine and here on the blog. It’s truly impressive how a once empty warehouse has been transformed into a cool and stylish brewpub in just 11 months. I think I speak for everyone in the craft beer community that we’re all very excited to order a pint of local beer again!
The first 9 beers you’ll be able to order. Order samples to try them all and find your favorite.
Oahu craft beer = liquid love.
Pretzels, beer cheese sauce, mustard, beer and cell phones. My idea of a good hang out spot.
The beer garden actually is a garden. Grab the table directly in front of the door to people watch everyone at the bar and catch cool evening breezes that flow through the alley. Those wood panels on the wall just got painted by a local artist as well.
A true pint = 16oz.
Grab the seats at the end of the bar or around the table tops to watch the action in the brewery. Spend some time looking around as well. You’ll see reclaimed and reused items everywhere. The gate pickets are from an old wine barrel.
Proud owners Geoff and Charmayne Seideman.
So excellent. What an awesome selection and five beers under 6.0 ABV! Just what we need in HI. Salivating already. Congrats!
