Caldera Brewing Company – Caldera Rose Petal Imperial Golden Ale – Herb and spice golden ale brewed with real rose petals
Deschutes Brewing Company – Class of ’88 Barley Wine – This exceptional barley wine is a collaboration between three west coast breweries in celebration of their collective 25th anniversaries!
Dogfish Head – Bitches Brew – Imperial stout/honey beer hybrid; A bold, dark beer that fuses three threads of Imperial Stout and one thread of honey beer with gasho root.
Ninkasi Brewing – Babylon English Style Double IPA – This big double IPA is influenced by its English roots.
Samuel Adams – New World – This Tripel was born from the old world Belgian technique of barrel aging and the new world’s craft brewing innovation. This big, flavorful, and complex brew has a subtle herbal hop character combined with the tropical fruit and spice notes of its special Belgian yeast.
Samuel Adams – 13th Hour – The 13th hour is the witching hour, and a time when strange brews can occur. With 13 ingredients, we combined the roasted chocolate and coffee flavors of a stout with the complex spicy character of a Belgianstyle ale aged in oak for a deep, robust, and captivating brew.
Samuel Adams – Stonybrook Red – This unique brew builds from the inspiration of Flemish reds. It begins with an earthy sourness and hints of dark fruit but the tartness gives way to a rich maltiness and touch of toasted oak.
Stone – Highway 78 Scotch Ale – Brewmasters carefully selected the barrels used to age this beer; some produced oaky tones, while others contributed sweet vanilla and maple flavors or earthy smokiness.
Sierra Nevada – Ovila Golden – This abbey ale is a collaboration between Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. and the monks at the Abbey of New Clairvaux. It is brilliant golden and layered with notes of summery apple and pear and pepperv spice from the use of a traditional Belgian yeast strain
Looking forward to the rare beer tasting. Oh, who am I kidding, I’m looking forward to the entire thing!
