Andy Baker, Hawaii’s own encyclopedia of all things beer, is on hand to explain and enlighten. Tasting includes Chef Valentini’s pizza. Majority of tastings run $25 per person.

This monthly event is often a sell-out. So, get reserve your seats early. Chef Marco Elder and beer-lover Andy Baker team up to create a tantalizing 4-course dinner, with each course carefully paired with a beer to complement the food. This month, we celebrate the flavors of summer with:

Social Beer: Social: Mehana Humpback Blue

1st Course: Ewa watermelon salad, mustard greens, naked cow dairy feta with a Manoa honey citronette, paried with Deschutes Chainbreaker IPA

2nd Course: Cajun prawn broil over a Kahuku corn succotash and fried shallots, paired with Sierra Nevada Ovila Abbey Saison

3rd Course: Smoked pork belly with a habanero rhubarb relish over a Brussels sprouts and a trio of baked beans, paired with Sam Adams Tasman Red

Dessert: Blueberry cheese cake cobbler, paired with Rogue Double Chocolate Stout
