We just released our 3rd annual Mandarin Gold (8.4 abv, 32 IBU).  This is a special imperial golden ale brewed with local mandarin oranges and Hawaiian honey.  We use the entire orange puréed with all the skin’s zest and flavor.  The oranges come from our neighbor’s Mandarin Orange tree in Honokaa.  The loaded orange character blends seamlessly with the Amarillo and Simcoe hops.
