Nelson Pale Ale – American Pale Ale – 50.0 IBU – 6.58% ABV
Nelson Sauvin hops from New Zealand give this medium-bodied beer a distinct wine-like quality.  Color, ABV and bitterness all push the upper limits for this style.

Outdoor event in collaboration with Kona Brewing on the release of their new Makana series aina brown ale brewed with taro. 7-11pm, in the parking lot fronting REAL a gastropub. 21 & over, live music, 6 different Kona beers on draft & craft cocktails.

Events: A new program we have is a Featured Flight program, where each month, four beers are highlighted. A flight of the 4 (6oz) is available for $15 and on Weds, it’s available for $10. Additionally, we will be arranging for a guest speaker one Wednesday a month. And also on Weds, we offer Pint Night. $5 pints of selected draught beer.

We have a huge week coming up in March for Kona’s annual Brew-fest. Tap take overs all week long starting on Wednesday March 11th with Maui Brewing, Thursday March 12th with Coronado and Green Flash San Diego night, Friday March 13th with Big Island BrewHaus, Saturday March 14thwith Kona Brewing’s after party, and then on Sunday we have Deschutes Brewing on Sunday March 15th to cap it all off. All the brewery’s will be bringing in all specialty beer you typically don’t see.
