Brewed with 25 lbs of hand-toasted 100% Hawaiian grown Hamakua macadamia nuts and 40 lbs of Hawaii Island Honey Company raw honey, this brown ale is an autumn treat. The aroma of honey comes through in the nose, while the toasted macadamia nuts lend subtle complexity to the malty finish.

Equinox Wet Hop IPA – Releasing Saturday, 10/10
OG: 13.8  FG: 1.3  ABV: 6.7% IBU: 69
Brewed with 90 lbs of fresh, wet hops from BT Loftus Ranch in Yakima, Washington, this Extra Pale IPA is a once a year treat.  The malt sits in the background of this pale brew to allow the nuances of the Equinox Hops to take center stage.  Aromas of citrus, tropical fruit, and apple are present, along with a fresh, grassy note derived from the fact that the hops are less than 48 hours from bine to brew.

Wild Turkey Barrel-Aged Black Strap Molasses Porter –   Releasing Saturday, 10/10
OG: 15.5  FG: 2.9 ABV: 6.9%  IBU: 37
Our Robust Black Strap Molasses Porter carefully aged in a wild turkey barrel for two months.  Tons of vanilla, oak and whiskey notes compliment the rich flavors of the porter nicely.  This beer is lightly carbonated at only 1.8 volumes of CO2 to allow the vanilla and oak flavors to shine through.
