Tall, Dark & Mandarin – a luscious chocolate orange in a glass that was brewed with more than 300 lbs of tangerines that Tom & Fred & I picked from our friends Matt & Fabie’s tree in Honokaa! (9.5% abv, 35 IBU)

Killa Keller Pilsna – an unfiltered,  fresh, young Keller-style pilsner  (5.6% abv, 35 IBU)

We are going back to our roots with our new guest tap: Maui Brewing Co.’s Bikini Blonde Lager.

For those who don’t know, our brewmaster Tom Kerns was Maui Brewing Co.’s founding brewer and was with them until 2008 when we bought Tako Taco & he moved to Waimea.  Tom created & named Bikini Blonde Lager,  CoCoNut Porter, Big Swell IPA, Wild Hog Stout, Red Cock Dopplebock and others for Fish & Game Brewing, which he helped open in 1997. Fish & Game was purchased in 2005 and renamed Maui Brewing Co.
