Events: Wednesday, July 16th – Independence from Big Beers. Each week a different theme and EIGHT different beers to be tasted. Andy Baker, Hawaii’s own encyclopedia of all things beer, is on hand to explain and enlighten. Tasting includes Chef Valentini’s pizza. Majority of tastings run $25 per person.

9. Maui Brewing Company Pub

Tuesday, July 15th at 11:30am – Beer School – $20
This session of our beer school series explores the diverse use of hops as an ingredient in brewing beer. We will introduce you to the history and varieties of hops used in brewing, talk about hop cultivation as well as how hops contribute to the multitude of aroma and flavor to different beer styles and create the perfect balance to every glass of beer.
The admission price covers the tasting of our house beers to showcase an understanding of the flavors, nuances, and aroma of this ingredient. We’re excited to offer light food pairings along with the tasting presented by our Beer School partner Whole Foods Market. Together we will explore how food and beer can synchronize for the ultimate experience.
