Just Released: Hana Hou Hefe IN CANS – Now available at the brewery for an introductory price of $8 per 6 pack.  Soon to be hitting store shelves on Oahu.

Releasing Friday, 08/26 – Overnight IPA – Fresh Hop IPA made with organic ingredients – 6.54% ABV  69 IBU

Brewed with 90 lbs of fresh, wet, organic hops from Hos-Meister Farms in Clearlake, California and organic grain from Country Malt.  The hops were flown over as checked bags on the airplane to get them into the brew only 12 hours after leaving the farm.  Golden straw in color, highly attenuated and light on malt to let the hop flavor and aroma shine through.  Aromas of plum and rubbed tomato leaf come forward in the nose while grassy notes compliment the bitter finish.
