2. Honolulu Beerworks
We have officially released our two wet hop beers of the hop harvest season!
Wet Hop Citra–5.75% ABV, 43 IBU; $9 16oz. pint, $3 4oz. taster; using freshly harvested Citra hops from Washington state, we’ve made an IPA that is bright, crisp, yet invitingly smooth, highlighting the tropical fruitiness that the hops embody.
-Batch #328–5.5%AB, 48 IBU; $9 16oz. pint, $3 4oz. taster; over 80 pounds of freshly harvested Mosaic hops from Yakima Valley, WA were used to create our 328th batch of beer!
Beer Cocktail of the Month: Da Coco Loco–$12; Bulleit Rye Whiskey and fresh ginger syrup are shaken together, served on the rocks and topped with our Kewalos Cream Ale. Toasted Coconut bits rim the glass, giving this drink an essence of coconut.
